We want to accommodate different payment preferences without raising our prices across the board to cover credit card processing fees. Therefore, we offer several payment options, each with its own associated fees.
1. Check (No Additional Fee)
2. Credit Card Payments
We accept credit card payments via Stripe. Fees are embedded into the payment link so the total you pay will include the applicable processing charge:
Credit card payments may take 1–2 business days to process, and check payments may take 3 or more business days plus mailing time, so we encourage you to plan accordingly.
Refunds
If you are issued a refund, please note that Stripe does not return the original transaction fee to us. This means the processing fee from your payment will not be refunded.
This trip will be confirmed no later than November 1, 2025. Until that date, it is possible that we may need to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, such as insufficient enrollment or significant safety concerns. If the trip is not confirmed by this date, all deposits and payments will be fully refunded. Please keep this in mind before purchasing flights or making other non-refundable travel arrangements.
The deposit paid at registration is non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Once the second and final payment is made, no refunds will be issued for cancellations by participants. Only if the trip is canceled by the organizers for any reason will payments made (including the deposit) be fully refunded.
We work closely with local authorities to ensure the safety of our group throughout the trip. However, we must also allow for changing circumstances for Jewish travelers worldwide. If conditions change and, on the recommendation of local and North American–based security experts, we need to hire additional security, an additional security fee may be required. Participants will be notified promptly if such a fee is necessary.
This trip requires an activity level of:

We ask all participants to take a realistic stock of their own physical ability before registering. If you are unable to join a scheduled activity, we will try to find a comfortable place for you to rest. However, because we are often in rural or remote areas, organizing independent transport may be difficult. If alternate arrangements such as a taxi are possible, these will be at your own expense.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events. Consider a plan that includes:
